About

The Mount Royal University Ski & Snowboard Club was founded in 2013 by 5 awesome friends. They came together to help start building a community that would change the MRU campus for the better. Since then, we pride ourselves on building a fun and inviting community that everyone feels apart of.

The MRU Ski Club is based on 4 major pillars:

Making Friendships,

Having Fun,

Leaving a Legacy, 

and Building a Community.

Through these four pillars our VISION was born: “To bring our community together through the creation of awesome social events and ski events available for everyone.”

What We Do

To continue on the club’s legacy, we create opportunities for our members to join us on amazing day and overnight trips to your favourite hills, provide access to discounted lift tickets, host multiple social events throughout the year, and provide discounts to some pretty sweet spots!

If you’re interested in purchasing a membership, a seat on one of our trips, discounted lift tickets, or learning more, then come chat with us at our weekly table times located on Main Street, Monday to Thursday from 12 pm to 4 pm

Our Past Executives

The current execs might be smart, good looking, and control this website, but it wouldn't make sense to credit them alone. The Ski Club was built on the shoulders of giants. We immortalize these giants in the Ski Club Hall of Fame.
